We wanted the darkest blinds possible for our bedroom and made that clear. We were not sold blackout blinds. Only " room darkening" blinds that don't keep out the sun very well. We were not informed of this difference and the owner would not take responsibility for the mistake. It is still such an annoyance years later on the rare day i am able to sleep in. I highly recommend with 100% satisfaction from everything from the design options, pricing and total quality workmanship on the installation. Plus they only use the best products They do the job right and their priority is your satisfaction. I'm extremely impressed. These guys know their craft and they are artists in their own right.
