DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. Shawn completely misdiagnosed a slab leak. He was at our home for maybe 15 minutes, told us he thought it was the dishwasher hose, and that we should troubleshoot and self-diagnose. He refused to come over and help us replace the dishwasher hose, even though we asked him several times. He told us to wait a while and try running the dishwasher again which caused additional flooding. Obviously, we called a new plumber out and were immediately told it was a slab leak.
