I had a disappointing experience. I clearly mentioned twice (at 12 PM and 5 PM) that I wanted cupping therapy along with my massage, and the receptionist confirmed it was available. However, when I arrived, they informed me during the session that the cupping kit was not even at the clinic—the store owner had taken it home.
