They were quick to give me a bid for my project but after that I couldn’t get anyone to return my phone call to schedule the project or ask a question. I talked to the receptionist several times. I left voicemail for one of the guys and I sent an email. Each time I was assured they would get back to me. I asked if they were too busy to do my project and she said they weren’t too busy. This went on for months. Finally went with a different electrician and he was on it in a couple of days!!
Great group of gentlemen to work with.
Has an appt this morning with Brett at 10am. No show. Called office Kaitlyn asked what happened. No call back. I called and then talked to Gary who said has no idea what happened and laughingly said "sometimes we forget" Well fine then. Calling someone else.
