Really have enjoyed my time with Jeff - he's courteous, professional and listens well. I appreciate how he takes time to explain and contextualize the mental health issues we discuss and I always feel like we are figuring out a way forward together. Wholeheartedly recommend the Well Clinic for anyone that needs their help.
To whom it may concern, I want my money back. Well Clinic is a scam. Jeff has showed up to all 3 of our calls late and behaved unprofessionally. He has not taken any of my needs seriously, and I refuse to be subjected to this type of treatment when I am paying out of pocket. First of all, I qualify for sliding scale pay, which was never offered to me. Secondly, I am beyond dissatisfied with my interactions with Jeff. So, with all due respect to these other reviews, I completely disagree. I worked with Jeff for months and he was maybe at most a minute or two late, and incredibly helpful for prescribing medications. His demeanor was also fantastic, and he was incredibly kind, gentle, and easy to work with. I have also worked with several other licensed therapists and psychologists at Well Clinic, and can say that every single one of them is not just competent, but incredibly kind and understanding.
