Due to covid paranoia they sent the guy in a surgical boot back out to his car made him wait a hour till he got annoyed and called them to find out they wanted him to wait 2 more hours in the parking lot and wasn't going to tell him and then decided he doesn't actually get to see a doctor has to be diagnosed over the phone
