Candace I believe at the front desk is incredibly rude. It is like this every time. We love our doctor and that’s the only reason we come here. The 3 stars are all for Dr. Huffman-Parker
Doesn’t close out files for deceased patients. Would rather call every year to remind a grieving mother to bring her child to their yearly wellness check. I hope she brings his urn to the appt yall so desperately harass her for.
So disappointed with each experience at this clinic. My 1st child (now 4yo) went here as a newborn. Front desk had the worst attitude. 1 week postpartum and I cried because the experience was so horrible. Fast forward 4 years later and my 4 day old had her 1 week check. Another terrible experience with the front desk and this time the doctor as well. We have found a new pediatrician and will not be back to Infants and Childrens.
