So disappointed with each experience at this clinic. My 1st child (now 4yo) went here as a newborn. Front desk had the worst attitude. 1 week postpartum and I cried because the experience was so horrible. Fast forward 4 years later and my 4 day old had her 1 week check. Another terrible experience with the front desk and this time the doctor as well. We have found a new pediatrician and will not be back to Infants and Childrens. I absolutely love Dr. Allen. He's been my daughters pediatrician since her first 2 week appt. She is 4 months now so we have seen him a few times. He has an awesome bedside manner and one thing my husband and I love about him is he isnt just incredibly knowledgeable whenever we have questions, he takes the time to explain and elaborate on our babies development as well as anything we bring up, like medications.
