My son has been getting speech therapy with wellcare for two years. He loves his therapist. They see him at his ABA center which is so nice. I've seen steady improvements since he started working with them. When he started he only used 2-3 word sentences. He has been using 4-5 word sentences recently! They do a sensory friendly christmas party each year. I have nothing but positive things to say about Wellcare.
Great people. Can tell that they take time to hire the right people for jobs they have. Made everyone feel welcome and safe during our visit
We have been with Wellcare for over 3 years now. We receive multiple services such as ABA, OT, PT, & ST. Our ST is amazing!! (Elizabeth) Our PT is amazing!! (Sam) We have had 3 case managers for ABA..and 2 different therapists in a 18 month span...we have now terminated ABA as they just could not get their sessions together. We just never could get any of our case managers to commit to a goal and stick with it. My son has gained nothing from ABA in 18 months. I worked with WellCare for 2.5 years and had nothing but great experiences from the kids and management. Tim is the owner and makes himself readily available for anyone who might need him. For me personally, I got COVID 2 months after starting work here, and they personally delivered groceries to my doorstep since I couldn't leave the house. My child attended services here for two years before we had to relocate out of state, otherwise I would have loved for him to continue! Wellcare really went above and beyond in every way to ensure his care was comprehensive, tailored to his individuality, and we saw so much progress in his abilities during his time there.
