Unreliable RN staff. No show no call two times, and implied multiple times in front of my father and mother that my father shouldn’t receive cancer treatment. PT unprofessional and rude/passive aggressive / Gave 2 stars bc supervisor was understanding.

Terrible. First RN visit no show bc of family emergency. Did show up for next visit but didn’t leave her phone number.. Now wondering when she would be here for the second visit today since it’s going on 1:30 in afternoon, and after reaching out to someone else that works there I’m told she called out sick. I’m done.

My mom’s doctor recommended Wells Care, and shortly after, someone from your team called to explain the process and what to expect from the therapist. The day before the visit, Fritz, the PT, called to let me know he would arrive at 10am. I want to share how impressed I am with him, and I want his manager Vanessa, to know as well. Fritz was extremely kind and respectful of our home. I’m a germophobe and do not allow shoes inside the apartment, and he immediately put on shoe covers without hesitation. Did initial assessment nurse was awesome never saw or heard from anyone else on medical side. Did pt assessment then nobody else ever came. Called to cancel pt appointment hours before they were supposed to be at house. I need my wife back to be independent soon as possible because my loa at work is ending. Never again.
