Did initial assessment nurse was awesome never saw or heard from anyone else on medical side. Did pt assessment then nobody else ever came. Called to cancel pt appointment hours before they were supposed to be at house. I need my wife back to be independent soon as possible because my loa at work is ending. Never again.
The PT Sherwin called my mother when was supposed to call me, I take care of my mother, he refuse to give his name or company he worked for. I then asked who was the referral form and he also could not answer the question. I let him know this was unprofessional and was making me and my mother uncomfortable. He got extremely irate and even became harassing us and standing on the fact he is the ONLY PT in the area and he can act however he wants. The clinicians have worked so hard to earn a 5-star rating, and I’m very grateful to them 😊 It’s a blessing to work with a team who cares a lot about their patients!
The therapist are nice enough but don't stay long enough to get anything done. They take vitals and spend time documenting so the patient only gets about 15 minutes of therapy. The nurse doesn't take her time to familiarize herself the with patients before coming. She also showed up unannounced for an appointment that she didn't make in advance with an attitude about me not answering the phone. I looked to see if there was a message I missed but no.
