Well Care home health is a disgrace to home health care. If I could rate them less than one star I certainly would. The New RN who left them and returned after more than eight years came into my mother’s home to do her recertification for wound care. She had NOT seen my mom in eight years. My mom’s wound care doctor’s had her ordered for wound care THREE TIMES per week.That IS WHAT HER PROVIDER HAD ORDERED. Unprofessional. Not sure what credentials my home health providers hold because they never offered any information. Basically sit in my couch and talk like used car salesmen. First time using a service like this for post op care and would not recommend. Literally a used car salesman vibe with no useful information and certainly not physical therapy which is how the service was presented.
I have really appreciated my care during my recovery. Everyone has been very understanding of my needs. Especially my PT. Dwayne has been great to work with!
Wellcare team led by Richard was great. Very through and informative. Helped with exercises and physical therapy. Highly recommend.
WellCare team is experienced and extremely nice to work with. They have really helped me get over some major health problems. Thanks Richard, Krystaleigh and everyone else.
