Everything they make is superb! The chocolate eclairs deserve a special mention.
We had the opportunity to spend last week in Asheville. Our first stop Saturday morning was the original Well-Bred in Weaverville. I had the grilled cheese. What a dream! So delicious we went for lunch Sunday to the Asheville location. We brought home a Mountain Eclair for my kids. One word: incredible! Will definitely be back! In fact, can't wait to return!

Literally the BEST kale salad on the planet. But be careful, that stuff is addictive
Great breads, soups, salads and treats. We ate there twice during our week long stay in the area. Excellent prices and very friendly staff. I wish there was a place just like it in Philadelphia!
I love this bakery! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is clean, and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone traveling through the Asheville area. It is a MUST! WEAVERVILLE'S FINEST!
