I have had 2 appointments so far with Dr. Viviana Garcia and I am already feeling the difference in my body. She makes me feel so comfortable and takes the time to explain to me everything.
I want to warn others about my experience with WELL BODY. I was charged a $50 cancellation fee that was never disclosed anywhere in their written policy. Their posted Cancellation Policy only says a “fee” may be charged but does not specify any amount, and I was not told verbally before booking. I’m very disappointed with this company. I was charged a no-show fee even though I had to work unexpectedly and couldn’t make my appointment. Yes, they mentioned I had checked a box agreeing to it, but a truly customer-focused business would have shown some understanding and flexibility—especially for a first-time situation. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Margot Putty! 🩷 She’s not only an incredible chiropractor but also such a genuinely kind and caring person.
