Welk Automotive deserves a resounding five stars! My wife was stranded with a bad alternator, and Rick from Welk Automotive went above and beyond to help. He drove a few blocks up Layton Avenue to personally inspect the vehicle and reassured my wife that the issue could be resolved quickly. The timely repair, combined with a reasonable cost and the kind and courteous staff, truly made a difference during a stressful situation. We're incredibly grateful for their exceptional service! Excellent experience. Brought in thinking I needed new seal and oil pan. Told me my mom's car needs to be driven more so the seal can get moisture and expand to seal. Its been sitting for over a year. Last guy said we need a new pan and seal $700.00. Cost me 70.00 for just a check and diagnosis. Will definitely bring future cars here like the honesty.
