I thank my lucky stars that I finally stop at Welks after passing them by for years. If you want warm, professional and exceptional customer service, this is definitely the place. My service was done at a reasonable price. Lillian is amazing and the skill mechanics make sure you know what is needed before any repairs are preformed. I will definitely be a returning customer !
We brought our aging RV in for an assessment. They analyzed the problem while we waited, then found a gas leak. The estimate was reasonable, and they fixed it quickly. The personal service from Lillian was exceptional!
It took over an hour longer than I was told. I specifically asked because I have a job to get to. They need to research better!. The front desk should keep you posted on what’s happening when it’s that much longer. Left sitting with no info until I asked to pay. I believe that they do good work there. Customer service is poor
Awesome Care and service in a timely manner and very pleasant people to work with. Listened to all my needs with respect and patience. Keep up the great work!!! thank you very much. K.
Exceptional customer service. Quick response to muffler estimate and completion of ordering parts and installation. These folks know how to treat a customer, lending honesty and willingness to find reasonable parts in the city of Milwaukee. I am so happy I found them in Google. I give them a 10/10 for service and professionalism. Great work crew. They'll be my go to repair company.
