HONEST AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They do excellent work and stick to their word. SENIOR discounts, can direct you to financing, and noticed I also needed a blinker light and put it in at no charge. Had extensive work done here and Lucas, owner, and Lillian , service writer have extensive auto experience. Certified mechanics like John and Rick can't be beat.

Welks, yall, train or replace this person that's supposed to be estimating costs and scheduling services. I heard the labor rate here was like $150/hr (which sounds great) but It's been like 3 days of calling/texting phone tag and researching about my car, even after I gave her the VIN, when I just wanted a ballpark idea of hours and cost, and times available. My daughter brought her vehicle in for a standard oil change. Her appt was at 9am. Due to them not having the part, the work was delayed, they took the vehicle back at 1030. We had called prior to this for an update only to have the new lady at the front desk lie and say it was still on the lift. The car was still parked in their lot where my daughter left it. Absolutely terrible experience at Welk’s Automobile Services. I had an oil change scheduled for 9:00 AM and dropped my car off on time. Over an hour later, at 10:13, I called to check on it and was blatantly lied to by the woman working there, who claimed my car was already on the lift. I drove up there immediately, and to my surprise, my car wasn’t even being touched. By 10:30, it still hadn’t moved.
