They have no clue when it comes to stickers! I was failed for having a green plate. I had previously checked with the Registry and they said that as long as you can read the plate from a distance of 40 feet it can pass. But this CHILD who did my inspection said that I was missing a little bit of the green paint and he’s on camera so he can’t pass it. IF YOU CAN READ IT YOU CAN PASS IT!
