had a great 3 months here. Not the cheapest but it is very clean, always has working elevators, and not once did I see a bug. tip: get a room on the lowest floor you can due to the frequent fire alarms (one week the building fire alarm went off two different nights and we were left carrying a cat down ten flights of stairs!!) Staff is pretty nice and helpful, the area has a lot of cool places within walking distance, even the park garage company for the lot under the building gave great service!

Great place, especially for short term stays. A fully furnished apartment with underground access to the Crystal City metro stop was a huge win for my 6-month gig in DC. It's right by restaurant row and across the street from a fantastic gym. Samnang puts on great events that bring the community together so that you get to know your neighbors, and everybody was friendly.

Thought this would be a good place because I am a commuter. This place is awful. Had to call the emergency line bc no maintenance on premises. Still waiting outside my apartment for over an hour because they didn’t get anyone to help me. And can’t give me a timeframe.
