Everyone just acted like i was the most inconvenient thing they had to deal with. Nothing but sighs, huffing and puffing, feet tapping, and rushed statements. Like a "c'mon lets get this over with" attitude. And all they did was take my vitals and tell me "you're alive" and sent me out. It really sucks that when someone is looking for medical care and this is the result they get. Just tossed out without even a single exam or test.
Waited for hours before being seen. Only other one vehicle in the parking lot. Workers just standing around talking about food.
Took my youngest daughter in for a cut under her lip and on the inside of lip. I stayed calm, but I was so worried for her needing possible stitches or if she would sit still or how that all would work. Well, they instantly eased my concerns and took such great care of my little girl. She ended up needing some gluing and was good to go home with some after care instructions. Don't go here. They don't care. They want you to make the trip to thier hospital!!!! The staff is grossly incompemt save for a few nice nurses, but the lpn and others dismiss my complaints and refuse to treat me for even anaphylaxis. Pretty sure they want me dead. I won't go there anymore and I tell others not to as well. Essentia health up here is the better choice. The clinic urgent vary and hospital are all bad places where people just die. And they just sit and watch. Disgusting care
