I was very happy with my first order but then I decided to add an extra door and that was not easy . They took longer than promised and it wasn’t easy to get a refund. Owner finally reached out and fixed the situation. Product is high quality.
I was very happy with my first order but then I decided to add an extra door and that was a total nightmare. The delivery time was not met as promised, the customer service a total disaster and they didn’t want to refund me. I would not recommend them as they claim to have too much work and they can’t meet their time lines. Also, I am writing a review before even receiving the door that was promised to me more than a month ago.
We are very satisfied and pleased with the excellent work from start to finish that Weldwork team did. A great investment for our home and that investment add up a great value to our home. We have another project in mind with Weldwork. Thank you.
Really good customer service. Extremely thoughtful designs with customers needs and preferences met. Very happy customer. Will be our go-to doors from now on :)
These doors and glass walls are outstanding. Very high quality and outstanding looks. The company was a pleasure to deal with and communication was at the highest level of service standards. We have used the product twice and will certainly use them again.
