So much hype, disappointing sales practices. Their sales rep (Justin Friedman) stood me up on their first zoom scheduled call. Waited for few minutes on the call, then dropped an email to Justin confirming if he is planning to dial in, got no response back and then dropped from the call after waiting for 10mins. What an amazing way to welcome and attract new customers.
