Ask for Dr. Joanna Chan, I switched from Dr. Wang to her, I have no problem with her, she is very kind and patience.
I've been a patient at this dental centre for many years. Today I had my checkup and teeth cleaned by Dr. Michele Yau. Today was the first time I met her and she was personable and kind. I explained that I have sensitive teeth and usually fear even just getting them cleaned. She said that she understood and accommodated me accordingly. It was a very positive experience. I have been going to Dr. Vincent wang for 25 years or more and I have never had a bad experience. Reading these reviews is so disheartening and not the man I know at all. He has been nothing but professional, kind, generous and exceptional at his work. I have such a fear of dentist and he has made.me feel secure and comfortable every single time. My daughter also goes to Dr. Wang and has been since she was 5 years old, she is 30 now.
My mother had two very terrible experiences with Dr Vincent. Similar to other reviews, he is very rough with patients and hurt her during the procedures. He was dismissive when she shared she had pain and yelled at her multiple times to sit still and deal with it. He is condescending and mocks his patients. Please do not visit this practice!!
