Horrible customer service!!! Lost a very important button off the outside of my husbands Navy uniform! Denied losing it, but in the same breath knew the exact uniform and the approximate day I brought it in. Said it was already missing the button but also said if I brought it in, she would find the button for it!!! If u didn't lose it and it was missing when I brought it there, how would u be able to locate the button and give it to me?!!! There aren't many Navy uniforms that come in there I am sure, so how would u have this... read more
Excellent and friendly. We had a down comforter that we had to get cleaned *same day* -- and they went out of their way to make it happen. Finished it in 4 hours, for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
