Extreme lack of communication during our process while using Andrew. Extremely rude & disrespectful when we reached out seeking supporting documents on a deal. Would not recommend.
We were referred to this company by our real estate agent to handle simple documentation and a deed transfer. Disappointing. Considering the cost of well over a grand plus to do some work when we thought that these guys would be top notch. We had repeated incidents of double and triple requests for information during the process of buying our home. We sent it. They received it. And then requested the same documentation again and again.
