I selected SMOOTH WHITE VINYL but I received pleated which I hate. Found stain on front of legrest area, cracked weld on rod holder that removable back sets in. Backrest would not set into rod holders correctly. Rear hand rail had numerous deep scratches as well as a wear or rub hole. The 2 center rod holders had burn marks at base from welding. Needless to say, I'm not happy and I will wait for a refund from Welding World Inc.
