I have been going to Village Vision Center for many years now and have always had a positive experience. While the old location was homey, the newer building is modern and beautiful. The staff are very friendly (and as I noted yesterday, very fashionable!), and the physicians are thorough and don't seem rushed. The wait time is minimal to none. I really appreciate their patience as I try on many, many different glasses. Thanks to the staff who worked with me yesterday: Joslin, Dr. Harper, and Angel!
Dr. Jacob is the sweetest person with such a kind disposition. Not to mention extremely talented and professional I knew I was in good hands from the moment she said hello. The team did a great job with all of my pre-Exam test and all very helpful. Loved working with Kaitlyn, to fit my frames and I can’t wait to go back to pick up my new glasses! Highly recommend their beautiful office, high-end frames, and amazing team!!!!!
She is knowledgeable and listen carefully whatever we are saying. She explain everything to the patients. She is very good. i will recommand her to who is searching for eye care.
It was my first time here and I had such a great experience with everyone!! They answered any questions I had and gave me a lot of information. I will definitely keep coming back here.
I felt unheard about the type of contacts I wanted and even got swindled into buying more contacts and promised a “rebate” (Which I hate) and that website didn’t even work. I will never go back. All they care about is money and everyone felt so fake. So sad
