Very clean, friendly, and efficient. Very comfortable experience. Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. Personally. Who started the appointment was robot sounding like they were reading off a notecard. Or explain to me like I was a child. “Now I’m going to wipe the machine, next I’m going to place your glasses here..” now we are going to walk down the hallway” just odd. But the office was really nice and the doctor was great. Loved my experience and I’ll be back.
Dr Jacob and her staff were great. I’ve always had the best experience at Village Vision. I would recommend making an appt if you want a professional, friendly and experienced team.
