I came to Village Eye because I noticed my vision was starting to get a little less clear. Everything from setting up the appointment online, the building, front desk, assistant clinicians, Dr Chennankara, and Katelyn (who helped afterwards) was terrific. They were warm, willing to take the time to explain what was going on, had the clinical expertise, and consultative without being high pressure when it was time to select glasses. I walked away with a pair of Tom Fords. Would highly recommend to anyone!
I really loved this place. They performed some eye exams that I never had done before for my dry eyes so that was great! They were prompt and professional!!
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Jacob and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. Jacob took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness truly set them apart. I left feeling confident in my eye health and grateful to have found such a great provider. Highly recommend!

Village Vision at its original location would get 5 stars. Ever since they moved to a bigger location…. it has not been the same. I hate to see such a good business change. I loved going to their old location, everyone was very friendly, kind, would get to know me, actually felt like they cared, and they were NEVER in a rush. It was the best, and I started recommending friends and family. Now that has all changed. I’ve been to the new location twice already and the whole atmosphere and culture is different.
