How wonderful to have the help of Levi today in sorting out a scary situation with a possible hack on my account. He was so helpful and very reassuring, as he filled out the necessary paperwork, and I am confident everything that can be done in this situation was done. I love the credit union and all the people that work there!
They were extremely helpful, I had a family emergency and they were able to be extremely flexible and help me out with my vehicle payment and getting an extension on it. Katie Schmunk was the person I spoke to and handled my case and she was extremely understanding and kind towards my situation, it took less than an hour for her to resolve my situation and offer me a solution.
