I love that I have discovered this gym in Boise. The work out is easy on the body and yet is really working my muscles! Their cardio equipment is the bomb! I recommend it for anyone 50+
I am so impressed by everyone at our Welcyon!! Everyone there truly cares about you as a person & wants to see you succeed in your adventure to become more active & healthy.... I have been going for a month, and I can't believe how much stronger & better I feel....It is a very comfortable clean facility, not just the physical facility but also the attitude & helpfulness of everyone.
