I’ve had two young woman take care of me while being a client there unfortunately I did not have a good experience, these two young woman were condescending, rude, passive, and often mocked me, I do not think they are equipped for this kind of work, they need to mature more and have a little bit of compassion. They were unprofessional they did not respect my time often switch schedule appointments without any notice. I do not recommend to anyone. Horrible service with immature staff members including the receptionist.

The “Welcoming” Center is anything but. There’s no consistency in how care is managed here. I was bounced from one therapist to another without any sense of stability, and eventually left without any therapist at all. It felt like I was abandoned mid-process. Navigating the nurse practitioners was another challenge entirely. You’re forced to tread carefully to avoid rubbing them the wrong way, which adds unnecessary stress. I am deleting my review because the representatives of this center have made me feel unsafe on multiple internet platforms. I am sure the therapy is good.

would give 0 starts if I could. Place caused me way more harm than good and also found out they got my information leaked via some data breach or something. They also kept me on as a patient even though & after I CLEARLY discontinued service with them (I had to keep telling them three plus times when they would call to take note I am no longer a patient here please stop calling & take me off/remove me from patient list.
