Highly unprofessional. Communicated to them in advance what massage therapy I need and why I need an urgent appointment for it. Receptionist confirmed over the call that the person she is booking me with can do it. I even called 15 mins prior to my appointment that I am running late she still didnt tell me that this RMT can't do it. I reached, she made me sit and the the RMT comes and says she is not experienced in it and i can cancel the appointment I took time off from work for this and I really needed this to calm my nerv... read more

Love this clinic and it's practitioners. Nadiia has been great in helping identify where I'm weaker and tight, while giving me a plan of action on how to improve my muscle functions. The appointments are also relaxing and feel good.

I have been here a few times now. The staff is welcoming and the clinic is bright and clean. I received a massage from Jayme today and it was great, very relaxing.

PREGNANT PATIENT LEFT IN PAIN AND BLEEDING AFTER A FAILED IV ATTEMPT… We came for pregnancy IV hydration with Dr. Sheena Wu. She was unable to place the IV, appeared visibly unsure, caused significant pain and bleeding, and left bruising/redness on my wife’s arm. The treatment was never completed. For a clinic offering IV therapy to pregnant patients, this is extremely concerning.
