Our shop was started in 1988 in an old Victorian 2 story house in downtown Crystal Lake, Illinois. As our products and services expanded we out grew our quaint residential setting. the staff is so friendly and helpful no matter my question. they help me find fabrics that will suit what I am making, and the frames and mats that set it off. it's great to enter one of the few cross stitch shops that are left and feel I've entered stitching heaven!
The owners were extremely helpful as I investigated purchasing a floor lamp. I was traveling from Iowa and will definitely return to this shop when I am in the area again.
The staff is so helpful. If they don't have what I need, they will order it for me.
