My prescription needed further information. I called wellcare at 5pm after my doctors office was closed. At 10am they denied my prescription saying the Doctor did not respond. The Dr had be open 1 hour. The representative said the doctor had 24hrs to respond but.less than 1 hour of the doctor opening they denied the request. Calling them is useless. Over 2 hours on with support! Starts with someone who reads a script they can't explain the meaning of the questions being asked. Transfer to the USA and repeat the entire process without clear answers. Ask to speak with a supervisor and suspect just being passed to another rep because no better response. Eventually someone gives you an out by telling that they will escalate and you will get a call back in 24 hrs. LOL, not holding my breath.

Great Medicare Advantage plan unless you need to contact Customer service. Then forget it - they "work" from home and are too busy with household chores to help you. I even asked one if she was home and she admitted it before hanging up.
