Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this pharmacy call you to let you know your prescription was ready? Absolutely! They have fantastic customer service! Did the pharmacist provide a thorough explanation of your prescription? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

I had prescription filled with incorrect medicine. The bottle was marked with sticker stating med was different shape and color. If I had not looked at the bottom line on label I would not have noticed medicine was incorrect. When I called pharmacy back I was left on hold for 15 mins. They finally came back on phone and agreed the wrong medication was filled. I went back to pharmacy expecting appology but instead the clerk walked away from desk. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
