My first contact was with Teri-Ann Dias who was such a God send, very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The team made my first time home buying experience wonderful. If there were a million negative stars, that would be my rating for the mother/daughter realtors that own this company. After burying both my brothers in 2022, this anything but Welcome-Home company convinced me to move out of a great rental that they managed, and buy a house in the worst market, ever!!! I was vulnerable and facing becoming a first time mom to my nieces. Also, they recommended a loan officer who put the financing on the back burner. Thank Jesus and their mom and daughter duo for helping me find stable, safe housing. I just moved here and have been duped, ripped off and taken advantage of. I now have my own place, my neighbors are cool and im super happy to make this Lil 1 br studio my home.
