Agree with DKeys on this one – I felt from the beginning of my communications with this company that they didn't care about me, my needs, etc. I ended up going with another company for my new home purchase. I would not recommend.
Welcome Home Realty/ Marci Andis did a great job for me! Twice! – I've purchased two homes with Marci Andis as my agent. She's been working in Canadian County for decades. She's top-notch and has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and her local area. When I sell the house I'm in currently, she will be my agent again.
DON'T EVEN BOTHER! – They won't return phone calls, the answering staff is very, very rude, and Marci Andis doesn't have time to show properties.
