The false allegations are being made by a felonly sex offfender, it is public information. It can be looked up and verified. I have been licensed from 2003 as a Realtor, Associate Broker and a Broker, it is an easily verifiable fact. This is now slander and a crime. I hope that the bbb bureau won't allow such dishonest reviews to be posted as legitimate. He seems to be overly busy at this time, and is difficult to reach. If you are moving into the area and/ or are pressed for time, go somewhere else. Saw little evidence that he's even trying to be responsive. Remarkably difficult to reach for someone in this industry! We called several times, leaving messages, and no call was returned. There was about a two day delay in answering emails. When he realized that we didn't have a set timetable for a home purchase, he actually indicated that he was pressed for time. Do not use this company for rental homes. They accept 50 applications a day (John said so himself) and currently have 3 homes available. You waste your money, and can’t even get emails returned. When we applied there were 20-30 homes available. They go through multiple applications for one home, but don’t tell you this until after everyone over 18 has to pay. Lack of communication regarding exit walk through procedures after MULTIPLE (5 times ( 2 voicemails, and 3 emails) of attempting to get a hold of him. This man and his company are trying to dump charges on renters weeks AFTER they have already left with no communication via the exit walk through for charges.
