Terrible avoid them!
Hi, I've called Welcome Home Enterprises 5 times today 26/10/23, twice yesterday, and once on 24/10/23. I've emailed on all three days plus the 05/10/23 and 28/09/23. I got through to a phone mail box once and was able to leave a message, an admin person once (asked for a call back which didn't happen), and the rest of the calls go to a message that says the mailbox is full. The email from 28/09/23 had a reply on 05/10/23, the rest haven't had a response. Will someone please check the emails, clear the message bank, and give... read more
Excellent friendly customer service ☺️ I only booked in for a quote but it was a genuine one and it's really nice when people don't try to rip you off.
So many problems spend over 250k should be done properly and problems happen 12 months down the track be careful people still waiting to get fixed and not responding 😡
