Cindy and her team do a wonderful job! They are very reliable and thorough. They make sure our place is functioning smoothly while we are away, update us to any changes we can't see remotely and are always available to make sure it is stocked in preparation for our next arrival. Cindy was very professional and made several recommendations before starting the inspections. We took her advice. Throughout the every two week inspections, she was timely and thorough with her inspections. We had a hurricane warning during our absence and Cindy was a great asset towards getting the hurricane shudders in place and protecting the property. We have been using Welcome Home Concierge in Sarasota FL for our condo, when we are out, for 3 years since purchase. They perform home watch checks, documentation, condition photos and services for us keeping the property safe.
