This is the second year we have signed up with Welcome Home Concierge to check on our home while we are away. Last year, we were new to Sarasota and are so happy we connected. After each visit, we receive a detailed report with pictures. Problem issues are pointed out with recommendations for service resolutions. We would not be comfortable being away without this service, and Cindy is the best. She is personable and hard working and very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended.
Cindy was very professional and made several recommendations before starting the inspections. We took her advice. Throughout the every two week inspections, she was timely and thorough with her inspections. We had a hurricane warning during our absence and Cindy was a great asset towards getting the hurricane shudders in place and protecting the property. Cindy is a true professional. There is no doubt our home is being well taken care of when we head back to NY. Whether it be for one month or six I know that everything is fine and if something goes wrong she will contact me immediately to rectify the situation. We have had two other companies and without a doubt Cindy is the best and most organized.
