We love Welcome Home Concierge! Cindy and her staff are excellent communicators and are extremely organized. They have helped us keep our home safe, in good condition, and welcoming. We have even been able to improve our property with their vital feedback and access to local resources. I also appreciate all of their news updates regarding weather and other important events. Cindy and her team do a wonderful job! They are very reliable and thorough. They make sure our place is functioning smoothly while we are away, update us to any changes we can't see remotely and are always available to make sure it is stocked in preparation for our next arrival. We have used Welcome Home for four years. They are extremely reliable and resourceful when we needed special help. They are especially good in pre-storm and post- storm monitoring. I feel confident when I am away from home that my property will be well looked after.
