If I could give no stars I would. Save yourself the grief and do NOT live here! They don’t even allow comments on their Facebook page and that is a red flag! Yes it certainly is! The “rent to own” is a SCAM! Maintenance does nothing for you after 30 days, except to pass out “mowing notices” and drive around drunk in his vehicle. They will charge you $60 if they have to mow, trim, or god forbid move anything so they can come with their riding mower and spend maybe ten minutes, if that, mowing.
