I spoke with Kelly, a travel agent at this facility. I had never used a travel agency before and had several questions about the process. Unfortunately, Kelly was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. When I mentioned that I had already planned certain aspects of my trip, she dismissed them outright, insisting they were wrong. Had bad luck at 2 other local travel agencies. I had to drive across town to go to this one. I had not traveled in a very long time. I was overwhelmed with all the choices. I tried doing it myself. All the different travel sites and checking prices. So I went in to see kim. She quickly found what I couldn't. And then helped with a hotel choice. I highly recommend them

I am so grateful for Kelly's guidance on a perfect travel plan with ideal lodging, transit and tours for our Great Britain (8 days, 3 cities, 4 hotels, 2 trains + tours) adventure. The customized guide booklet she created with map and itinerary became our north star, while making check-in for everything a breeze.
