My wife and I had been going to Welch's tax service for a few years with good returns, and good service. In 2009 we were audited from a previous year that Welch's had prepared. When I went to Darrel to show him he basically told me I was on my own and he couldn't help me even though his own daughter had prepared my taxes. I was out over $5000 of my own plus legal fees with attorneys. BEWARE if you get audited you will not get any help from Welch's. I was a client but will never go back.

Denise has helped me a ton over the years. She is helpful and hard-working. As a small business owner, she is knowledgeable to the tax laws for small businesses. She is very reasonable in her fees as well. Would highly recommend her.
