Walking into this place feels like taking a step back in time, back to when people truly took pride in their work. The quality of the meat is excellent, you can choose your own cuts, and it is hard not to grab a pile of their jerky on the way to the register because it is honestly some of the best around. The prices are definitely higher, but you are paying for the quality, the cut, and the overall experience. It is not the same as buying meat from a regular supermarket, and that is exactly what makes it worth it.
