Need a spiral ham and brisket last minute for Christmas and they did not hesitate to. The brisket was a home run and that spiral ham was a grand-slam. The honey was throughout the entire ham and not just the edges.
I grabbed some snack meat sticks, smoked salmon, and got a suggestion to try the smoked chicken salad that fella makes. All were good, but oh my, that smoked chicken salad is super dense in the pint, probably 6 sandwiches out of it, and so AMAZINGLY good on sourdough! I put in goat cheese with it, and it was perfect.
Welch's Meat is amazing! Delicious food, excellent service, and competitive prices. They are locally owned and family operated. Make a point to stop by when you are on Bass Rd.
Had a $50 gift certificate with NO expiration date on it. It was almost 2 years old. He refused to honor it. Stated that meat cost more than it did 2 years ago. What??? He has the $50 already, I'm the one getting less product for my money. Sorry that's illegal. No expiration date means you have to honor it. He's a thief.
