DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! It is worth the extra money to buy something that you know will work from a company who will stand by their product. You will not get that here! I purchased a refrigerator from this company that leaked from day 1 and ended up destroying my hardwood floors before we discovered it. I called and they were rude to me, stating that the ice maker is not covered (although it doesn't say that on the purchase order) and if I wanted them to look at it I would somehow have to get it in the trunk ... read more

I've been in a few times now.. – I've bought a couple stoves, washer's, dryer's from welch's in the past for my rentals, their customer service is great, especially for a small business, I have had a couple break downs, but they were quick to fix the the problem, I would recommend to those who don't want to pay a lot, check them out, they are used...but technically their like new when they get done.....

Welch's is Fabulous! I've been going there for years. They always have a great selection and great prices. They're also very helpful if you need help with a part or fixing an appliance. I also drop off my used appliances there, usually for free or with a donation to the food bank. If you've got broken appliance they'll be able to help you for sure.

Supporting local food banks.... My washer broke down, I called Welch's they came to get it same day. For free, they support local food banks all they asked for was a donation of food for the food bank in exchange for hauling away the old appliance. What a great place.
