Well maintained, friendly management. Downsides can be a limited number of washers and dryers in the laundry room. There are no elevators in the buildings.
I stayed at the area for Sandford Hospital patients. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were nice.

This is by far the worst place I have lived everyone. I am telling you, it seems cheap for "resident physician or Stanford affiliate prices", but DO NOT live here. They treat you very poorly and are very unreasonable and out to nickle and dime you. Welch Rd has been doing construction on the place for years and the noise is awful. You will have trouble sleeping after a night shift and your kids and pets will be very stressed. Overall this is a wonderful place. Clean, great people working there. Fully equipped apartment, full kitchen also. There was construction going on above me, not too bad though.
