I have known Theresa and her husband Dave, (who incidently takes care of the maintenance) for quite a few years now. They are both extremely friendly and very professional. As a renter, any repair issues brought to their attention were addressed in a very timely manner and resolved rather quickly. Whether a renter or a property owner looking for an exceptional company to do business with, I highly recommend them. Mark Addis (Scatpack392)
Love Teresa
I had called to check on some rental property very rude she just hung up would not talk to me or acknowledge that I was even there
Theresa Welch manages several properties for our family and does an excellent job! She is great at communicating potential issues, and bends over backwards to make things easier for her owners. If you have a property that needs to be managed you will not regret working with Theresa and her family!
