They seemed to take great pleasure in telling me how waiting patiently means I was effectively being put to the back of the line. Doesn't matter that you arrive 1 hour before your appointment time, what matters is that your bill is on order when they call. So you don't actually need to have any regard for your appointment. This is great place for delivering paper rolls. App was for noon but the driver was empty at 8 am. Be aware there are separate lanes for delivering goods and paper rolls. always nice and respectfull.
