He got my son in right away in his twinfalls office, was amazing with my son even tho he wasn't making it very easy on dr welch. He's only a year and a half and he's going above and beyond to make sure my son has what he needs to be able to see better. I'm just so grateful someone took him in and was just as worried as I was. Thank you for all your help Dr. Welch.
I cannot speak to the actual physician because we were never able to actually get in to see him despite our efforts for over one month. The office staff here is horrid. First their line was busy for almost 3 weeks no matter what time of day we called. Once we got ahold of someone and scheduled an appointment they waited until the day of our visit and then called and told us they would not see my teenage son (just needed an eye checkup) because they do not see children... They could have told us this when we finally got ahold... read more
