RecommendedBill was great to work with ! Love my Escape which was priced well under the usual retail! Bill was very prompt in returning my call- we made an appt to look at 2 cars, he was there as promised - I will say he is a “straight shooter “ and that’s helpful- he has an advertised price “that’s lower because he’s got low overhead”- so understand the price is firm... as long as you know that going in, you’ll have a casual, no pressure buying experience...I’d definitely go back:)

We went to his lot on Saturday during business hours and no one was there. We called the cell number posted on the door that said to call and the man that answered was rude and told us he was in Chicago. We were planning on looking at it on Monday and I inquired about it on the website and asked if he was willing to take $1000 off the price of the car if we liked it and we're told to not bother coming to look at it because it was not in our price range, never mind the fact he never asked what my price range was.
