First off my sister was told by a dentist in Victoria to absolutely never go back to this dentist because they just let her teeth get infected when she was regularly coming in because she has health problems with her teeth. Me im never going because you guys dont answer the million calls i give you. Not one answered i have probably called you guys 5 times a day and not gotten answered. Moved to Cowichan about 3 years ago now and worried about finding a dentist , I really lucked out with Dr Welch and his staff. All are amazingly helpful and genuinely concerned about dental health. Can’t say enough about Ken and his staff top notch dental care. Parker

Thank-you to everyone at the office for being so caring and professional. Especially Dr. Welsh who went far above and beyond to help. I truly can't express enough how much it meant to me as well as it being very inspiring to see a professional who has a very empathetic, caring and personable practice while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Just wanted to thank everyone at the office for the care and attention I received. Dr. Welsh and the staff went above and beyond to help me with my dental work, including calling me before they went home to make sure Ì was ok.

Best dentist in the valley! There isn’t a kinder, more compassionate dentist out there! The staff is beyond professional and accommodating. Dr. Welch is Nothing short of incredible! Thank you for always being so considerate and caring! It’s somethig that isn’t easily found these days! ❤️
