Dr. Welch is an excellent dentist. He is thoughtful, careful and in touch with his patients. I felt completely taken care of and comfortable. I would recommend him to everyone. Also, Randy is amazing with perfect customer service. I’m in the service industry and super critical when it comes to customer satisfaction so the fact of this office being able to please me speaks volumes.

After the below review, Dr. Welch did call and issue an apology for Randy's behavior so I'm changing my review to 4 stars. He truly is a phenomenal endodontist, and he deserves all the accolades, but one bad apple can destroy a business. Editing my review and dropping from 5 to 2 stars for the following: About 2 weeks after my root canal, Randy called me to inform me that my insurance had rejected my claim, he didn't have a reason but was adamant about it. Dr. Welch, and his staff, are thoroughly professional. With kind courtesy toward me as a first time patient, Dr. Welch walked me through each step of a surprisingly painless root canal. I especially appreciated the care he took in numbing my jaw. I would highly recommend Dr. Welch.
I despise having dental procedures. But since I needed a root canal, I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Welch. He and his staff make you feel comfortable and he talks you through step by step during the procedure. I hope I never need to see Dr. Welch again for another root canal. If I do need another one, I will be seeing him again!
