Worst experience I have ever had at any equipment dealership. Doors all locked at 11:00 am. Parts people at one location and parts inventory at another location but didn’t really matter because they didn’t even have a propane shut off valve that is very common to many makes and models. I never write reviews but just plain sad and horrible experience
Work truck 388 (AWQ-G11) was driving like an absolute psycho on my commute home on 10/3/205. Swerving in and out of lanes and tailgating other cars. Why?
We had a yearly oil change and PM done on our forklift. It was over $800! No repairs. Then I went to check the oil a few months later and they left the funnel in the engine! I contacted via email and no response.
Matt came out and worked on my forklift and was super professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Matt for any forklift repairs!
