RecommendedMy family and I just moved in here. The move in process was really easy and straightforward. We’ve already noticed that the other residents are very nice and welcoming. We don’t have a dog yet but they are EXTREMELY dog friendly, so there’s plenty of cute dogs to meet. Heather is amazing and has been so helpful and welcoming. She does fun activities and events to get the community together. We’re definitely looking forward to making this home for awhile!
Such a nice and quiet neighborhood. I never have to worry about a parking spot. The apartments are beautiful! Everything is newly remodeled and soo clean! Coin op washer and dryer in the building are so convenient. And the property manager is so nice and made the whole move in process so easy! I’m so glad my family and I decided welby was the place for us. P.s. - how cute is this “welcome home” basket that was waiting for us after we got our keys!
They lie. Filled out an application and gave all my proof of income was approved for apartment. Was going to pay a year up front but was told by heather that I wouldn’t be able to renew my lease because I don’t make enough money. But yet they where willing to let me live there for a year because I was paying a year. Don’t rent from them there just for the money. And they lie. Seriously there’s better apartments out there believe me I found one. Stay away from Welby
never any parking, go through new property managers every few months, rent is absurd for a very small apartment, etc.
Very nice, quiet, peaceful place to live. Apartments are remodeled with everything new again so they are well worth the cost of the rent. I'm so glad we chose Welby Park.
