Blatant racist mocking by staff - unacceptable experience. Onley VA location #4693 Friday, April 24, ~1:15–1:25 PM My father ordered an iced vanilla latte and food at the kiosk. I have called about 4 times now on March 30, 11:09 AM. After dialing to call an operator, rather than being sent on hold or told I need to call back at a more convenient time, I am continuously being hung up on. It says on google here that they are open until 4pm. If they were not taking phone calls, why have the option to call an operator who is not interested in talking? I have a very serious issue that I need to talk to about with Welburn Management.
HR was rude and useless.
